1997 Ninja 500 in Branchville, New Jersey For Sale

This is a xxxx Ninja 500 that has only 9,700 miles at time of posting but is still ridden so that can change. It is in perfect running condition and needs nothing. It is also in excellent cosmetic condition as I had it repainted a custom "LimeTime green" last season since the original paint was starting to crack. Title still says red but this can be changed when buyer registers it. Brakes have 1 season on them, tires have less than half a season on them, and oil and filter are fresh from de-winterizing this season. Towards the end of last season the carburetor floats stuck on me so I did a full rebuild as well.
It does however have an after market gas cap because the stock one had seized up. The after market one is not OEM quality and the "chrome" part has started to oxodize. Please see the picture so you can see what I mean by this. Its strictly a cosmetic thing and can be replaced fairly cheap if you desire.
Asking 2,200 OBO. Please no low ballers. The aftermarket full lower fairing alone is valued at $200 and very hard to come by now, as well as some other extras like vance and hines exhaust, tinted windscreen, green turn signals, green backlit guages, aftermarket mirrors.
